My good friends Jess Shafer and Greg McHale happen to be superstar real-estate agents as part of the Shafer McHale Team at Compass. They came to me with the idea of marketing some of their expertise in the form of comic-strip stories for their social media and direct mail efforts, and I was more than happy to oblige.
